Making the analysis count
Interpret every table: what it shows and why it matters to the manager. If you used a questionnaire, report reliability and the tests you ran, not only percentages.
Confidentiality
Many organisations restrict what interns can publish. Use anonymised or aggregated data where needed and keep your approval email. Never invent figures to fill gaps; describe the limitation instead.
Viva preparation
- Explain the company's business in two sentences
- Describe what you did each week
- Defend your sample and method
- Explain one recommendation in detail, with its cost and risk
