The website does not maintain an online database of enquiry-form responses. Information entered in a form is prepared in the visitor’s browser and is shared only when the visitor chooses to open and send the message through WhatsApp or email.
Information voluntarily shared through WhatsApp, telephone or email may include a name, contact number, programme, project domain, current stage, deadline and requested support. It is used to assess the requirement, respond to the enquiry, schedule services and maintain necessary business communication.
Do not send passwords, financial credentials, private keys, sensitive personal data, confidential institutional data or unpublished research datasets during the initial enquiry.
Confidentiality Policy
Project requirements and materials are treated as confidential and used only for the agreed consultation or mentoring purpose. No student identity, university, dataset, document, source code or project detail is published without explicit permission.
Rig Consultancy may decline material that appears unlawfully obtained, violates privacy, creates cybersecurity risk or cannot be handled responsibly.
Academic Integrity Policy
Rig Consultancy provides teaching, mentoring, technical explanation, review, editing and guided development. Students and researchers remain responsible for original work, authorship, citations, research ethics and compliance with their institution’s rules.
Impersonation, fabricated data, plagiarism, examination assistance, guaranteed publication, guaranteed grades and ready-made work intended for misrepresentation are not provided.
Booking and Rescheduling
A requested date or time is not confirmed until Rig Consultancy replies and both parties agree on the session, scope and professional fee. Please request rescheduling as early as possible. Availability of an alternative slot is not guaranteed.
If Rig Consultancy must reschedule a confirmed session, an alternative slot will be offered.
Fees, Cancellation and Refunds
Fees vary according to academic level, complexity, current stage, tools, session format and timeline. A quotation is provided after the requirement is reviewed.
Any cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms applicable to a paid engagement will be stated with the quotation or confirmation before payment. Work already delivered, completed sessions and third-party costs are normally not refundable unless the written confirmation states otherwise.
Third-party Communication
WhatsApp, email and other external services operate under their own privacy and availability terms. Rig Consultancy does not control those third-party platforms.
