Project report and thesis structure builder
Choose your programme and document, set the target length, and get a chapter-by-chapter outline with what goes in each chapter and how many pages to plan for.
A typical structure, not any university's official format. Follow your department's handbook and your guide's instructions first.
Is this the official format for my university?
No. It is a common structure that most project reports and theses follow. Your university, department or guide may ask for different chapter names, order or length. Their format always comes first.
How are the page numbers worked out?
Each chapter gets a typical share of the main text. Front pages such as the certificate, declaration, acknowledgement and contents are not counted. Treat the numbers as a planning guide, not a rule.
Can you write the chapters for me?
No. We mentor, review and explain so that you can write and defend your own report. We can review your draft structure and chapters and tell you what to improve.
